If you are unhappy with any purchase, for any reason (except your item was returned due to incorrect address, see shipping policies), just let me know. I will provide a full refund, minus shipping fees. No muss, no fuss, no problem!

EXCEPTION TO THE GUARANTEE: An incorrect address will void this guarantee. PLEASE make sure your address is correct I will not refund any money for an item that is returned to me because your address is incorrect.

I accept PayPal and Credit Card Payments! PayPal check purchases will be shipped once the payment clears, usually within 7 days.

Please verify your address is correct on Etsy as I will use that address to ship to.

I will never accept cash, sorry. It's really for your own protection!

Immediate payment is appreciated. However, if you are a serious buyer, I will gladly give you a couple of days to pay. Please contact me immediately! Purchases not paid within 4 days will be re-listed. I will have sent you either a convo or an email each day, so don't say you weren't warned!

**Please note** If you provide an INCORRECT ADDRESS you will be responsible for the added shipping fee and that will void any guarantee for a refund. I will not refund money paid for your item because your it was returned to me due to an incorrect address.

All items are packaged securely to assure they arrive to you in excellent condition. The beads are in protective plastic inside a sturdy gift box and jewelry are in a gift box as well. The box is then shipped in a bubble mailer. You are only being charged for the packaging and postage, nothing more :)

I ship all items First Class via the US Postal Service, and I usually offer a confirmation number for US purchases.

**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
I sincerely apologize for the excessive increase by our Postal Service for international shipping. Please be aware that I will refund any overpayment of $1.00 or more. Shipping on this site is not set up to charge per ounce but per ITEM. This is not always accurate so the easiest thing to do is to charge per item and refund any excessive overages.

For all orders outside of the US I cannot offer a tracking service. You will be responsible for any custom charges or tariffs. Please check with your country's guidelines if you have any questions.

If you would like your items shipped priority mail to the US, or Airmail internationally, please convo me and we will work out the shipping charges.

Do you do custom orders?

I will gladly do custom orders. All custom orders will require that the item be purchased prior to me creating it. Just contact me and I'll set up a Reserved Listing just for you.

What should I expect after I place a custom order?

I will ALWAYS send you a picture of your finished item before I ship it. I want to make sure you are completely happy with your item.

All of my items are 100% guaranteed, simply return the item for a full refund or replacement..

For hand stamped personalize items you will receive an email for approval of your item before it is shipped. I still offer a 100% guarantee with personalized items, however due to the cost of materials that cannot be resold I will have to charge for the supplies. The item will still need to be returned before a refund or replacement can be done.

Any returns will not be refunded the shipping fee. You will also need to pay for the shipping of your new item.
