INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I have no control over the USPS handling of packages once they are shipped. I will not take any responsibility for late, missing or damaged items. If you would like to register your package since USPS does not provide delivery confirmation or insurance service for all international mails, please let me know PRIOR to paying for your items.
