Thank you for shipping my order so quick but I got it without any manual. I really need it so I can start using this machine. Please check the item before shipping to be sure everything is complete. I'm so disapponted.

I will not buy from Etsy again. Machine ordered on 4/26/20. Website indicated it would arrive 4/29. Not advised that it was shipping from Canada via Canadian Post Office. Was not advise that the goods may have been subject to duty and other fees. Once in the US not traceable via USPS. Arrived 5/9/20. Nearly two weeks!! Customer Service blamed everything on the virus. No help at all.

No only did I not getting tracking number until the day before my package arrived but when it arrived it was dumped into an envelope. Very bottle was upside down and laying in the bottom. They couldn’t even take the time to put a little piece of tap to keep the items from falling out.

They did not Supplemental tracking number for My order . Today is the April 28 and not recieved My paint set . I sent email and message they did not responde. Will report the company . Dont buy anything . Total scammers !
