5 out of 5 starsI follow E&W as the bridal shop i help out at stocks their gowns (all beautiful btw), so when I saw they were selling boxes I knew they'd be good quality. The designer of my dress did not sell boxes and I didnt want one from the dry cleaners, so went ahead and bought this. It's perfect and will keep my dress safe along with some acid free tissue paper!

Shop policies
Welcome to our end of line store. Please check all information on the items before purchasing as all sales are final. Samples are sold as seen and any faults will be mentioned on the listing.

Payment
Please submit payment within 48 hours of making your purchase or your order will be cancelled.
Shipping
Please get in touch for overseas shipping costs.
Lost Packages and Shipping Issues
All of our shipping costs include coverage for up to the price you have paid for the item. However, it is still at the mercy of the carrier whether to issue the refund but we will do our utmost to ensure this happens.
International customers
Please purchase your item at least 6 weeks prior to the date you will need it to arrive. Shipping can take 2 weeks +. All packages may be subject to customs and any duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer and not E&W.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you would like to try on any of RTW at our studio before purchasing your first 1 hour appointment is free of charge, after this appointments will be charged. If you decide that you would like your item fitted to you instead of purchasing on-line, this is at an extra cost.
Production
Please allow up to 16 weeks for the production of your handmade gown. Because they are handmade, there may be small discrepancies between your product and the one photographed on the model. We do our best to make our reproductions exact, but we are human. For all gowns, we have included a size chart with each listing and your local tailor will be able to make any necessary tweaks.
Customizations
All of our gowns can be customized to match your needs. If you wish to make changes in any item or have one created specifically for you, please contact us for pricing. If you decide on customizations after making your payment, we will happily issue a PayPal invoice for the difference.
Retailers
We do offer wholesale on select items and we would love to work with you. Please email us for additional information and include "WHOLESALE" in the subject line.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any point if we feel the relationship is not working with our clients. At this point, we will decide whether to issue a full or part refund on the order.
