If there are any issues with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note that we do NOT refund customized orders.

If you decide to cancel an order after the order has already gone into production, we cannot refund you in full. We will refund the shipping charges and subtract materials, in this case, however, if the order is complete and ready to ship, you will only receive your shipping charges in full refund.

Shipping
We ship with tracking on all U.S. orders. Generally, we ship all orders on Saturday. We are not responsible for delays in USPS shipping. We will put your order in the mail as promised, along with a verified tracking number, however we do not work for the post office, nor can we control their pace. We do not provide refunds for slow shipping time on the part of USPS.

In the UK there is a VAT (value added tax) of 20% on purchases over 15 GBP. They also assess an 8 GBP customs fee for collecting the VAT tax. The customer gets charged this on delivery. This is the customer's responsibility to pay.
