As stated in our shop policy, Earlums cannot guarantee delivery by any certain date, as packages can (and sometimes do) take a long time to be cleared by customs. We cannot take action on "missing" international items.
 Once a package has left U.S., no further tracking information will be posted via the USPS customs number, unless the receiving country is updating it. Customer never contacted us with this issue as we would fully refund this international order. The order was insured and a claim will be filled out for it. We care about our customers and about our image, and we do our best to keep our business honest. Please be advised that if purchasing from outside the USA you will have additional postage costs to pay as the correct postage is not paid by Earlums. I had an £8.00 Handling fee to pay and then tax on this of £4.11, giving a total of £12.11. This doubled the price of the earrings. I queried this with Earlums who tried to brush it off as a Customs charge, which it was not. POOR customer service.

Customer complained about custom fees and threatened us with a negative feedback if we don’t refund or issue a credit for his expense. Earlums response: Please read our S&H policies: “be aware of any customs restrictions particular to your country, as all customs fees, duties, and taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Customers RESPONSE: "I am disappointed with your reply. This additional cost should be clearer on the website. I will be submitting a review to advise other non US customers of the hidden additional costs. I will also be putting reviews on UK shopping sites to warn customers." EARLUMS RESPONSE: A review would be greatly appreciated since most customers are not taking the time to read the shop policies but they most likely would read the reviews."

We accept payment via Etsy Direct Checkout & PayPal (accepts all major credit cards). For PayPal, it is not necessary to have an account, simply click on the PayPal link & follow the instructions.
Shipping
USA ORDERS:

We ship your order within 24hours M-F via USPS First Class with tracking & delivery confirmation, which generally takes from 3-6 business days to arrive.
Tracking numbers will be provided and used as “proof of shipment”. We are not responsible for lost packages in the mail once the package is received and entered in the system by the post office. Please, contact USPS directly with the USPS tracking provided by us. 


INTERNATIONAL
 ORDERS:
Your order will be shipped USPS First Class Economy International. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery and be aware of any customs restrictions particular to your country, as all customs fees, duties, and taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer. According to law, all packages will be shipped marked as "Merchandise", made in U.S.A. at full price value. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.


PLEASE NOTE:

Due to poor delivery rate, Earlums will not ship orders to INDIA, CHINA, SOUTH AFRICA. All orders will be cancelled as soon as received.

IMPORTANT:

We cannot control or take action on USPS packages/shipments marked: DEPARTED/TRANSIT/DELIVERED.

Package didn’t arrive and USPS tracking shows: DELIVERED
Earlums.com will not issue refunds for packages marked DELIVERED by the USPS. We suggest that you check with the Postman, Post Office management, neighbors and anyone who also shares the residence. Buyer will contact the custom/postal office in their district for additional information/recovery. If you think that your mail has been tampered with, file a claim ASAP with the USPS. Refunds and Exchanges
Earlums mission, is to provide the best products and customer service to all customers, at reasonable prices. We take great pride in our products, as each are handmade, and our commitment to our customers. If for any reason you are unhappy, simply, return your item for a refund minus S&H. You will need to contact us, before your return is made. We only accept returns within 7 days from the date it has been received. Returns may be subject to a 15-50% restocking fee based on several factors, including but not limited to: overall merchandise condition, time frame listed, and reason for return.

THE BUYER WILLBE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN AND ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS.

We will insure orders over $100. If you would like insurance on your parcel, please contact us prior to making a purchase, so we can adjust the invoice.

CUSTOM ORDERS 


Please contact us and will do our best to help with your custom pieces. Additional fees may apply. We love combining our vision, with the vision of others! Let's create something together! Simply contact us with specifics. In some cases, we will require a 50% deposit for custom work. This is determined on a case-by-case basis. We'd love to hear your ideas!


 PACKAGING and HANDLING



We package all our products, as carefully as possible. Each comes in ready to give, cotton filled gift box, which is carefully padded in a bubble envelope or box. Please note that our S&H prices, reflect the cost of shipping, boxes, labels, packaging and labor.
