If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for exchange or refund within 5 days of receipt. Except for custom orders and sale items. Customer is responsible for shipping and can request a return label which will be deducted from refund amount.

Your satisfaction is my goal. Early Prayer Rosaries and Crucifixes are crafted with care and quality materials. Re. rosaries, if you have any problems arising from normal use, simply convo or email me with an explanation, return it (with any loose parts) for repair at no charge. A minimal charge will be made to replace any lost parts. Please include $5 for US return postage and be sure to include your address if it has changed since your purchase. For other items convo me for information.

Domestic shipping by USPS First Class Mail, insured (if $75 value or more) with delivery confirmation where available.

Custom Orders -

Communication is the key to a successful and expeditious custom order. Here are some suggestions. First, write down all of your expectations - this takes thought, time, effort and patience. Be specific - including budget. Your satisfaction is the goal. Understand that the process requires your active participation. Keep in mind time is valuable, the more you do in the process the better, i.e. researching unique beads or rosary parts. This will result in a custom item that YOU have planned and designed. Remember, because of the EXTRA TIME involved, your CUSTOM item will usually COST MORE than similar listed items.

Any requested change on a listed item becomes a custom order. Custom orders are cash in advance. Price will be determined once creative details are determined and will be good for 30 days. Additional charges may be added if changes are made. No refunds, coupon or promo discounts on Custom orders.

I welcome custom orders, my experience is that all "custom" inquiries result in extra time spent with emails and convos but sometimes all for naught. Thus the above policy. Thank you for your understanding.
