I was excited to receive these earrings. Put them on same day they arrived in the mail. By the end of the day, only one earring was still in. Let me just say, I have 8 piercings between both ears, and I don't just lose earrings. If I felt like it was me, I'd just take the loss. Anyway, I contacted the seller the same day, letting them know what happened to see if there was anything they'd offer. Never received a response. Typically don't have issues with Etsy purchases, but I regret this purchase.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, please contact me. Usually I am happy to issue refunds for a variety of reasons, as long as you contact me within 3 weeks of the purchase date.

NOTE* If you pay with an e-check through PayPal, I will not ship your order until the e-check clears - this usually takes 3 to 10 business days.
Shipping
FLAT RATE SHIPPING for international orders
I normally mail within 48-72 hours upon receiving payment; if it will take longer (i.e. holidays, vacations), then I will contact you and let you know.
I offer both U.S. and International shipping. (*please note - I cannot track your package once it has left the U.S., and am therefore not responsible for it once it has crossed the border). U.S. orders: an insurance option is available at check-out. International orders: insurance is not included - if you would like insurance, please contact me and I will send you a revised invoice.
Please make sure all of your addresses are up to date; I cannot take responsibility for shipping to the wrong address.
* There is a handling charge but it is already included in the total shipping price. The handling charges covers the cost of the packaging materials, gas to the post office and my time to prepare your order. If you would like to upgrade to Priority mail please note that you will be charged a handling fee in addition to the shipping fee.
