Whoever said mud is messy?

Clay is essentially ...... mud. And yes it's messy, but I never think of it as dirty, it's sort of just a part of who I am. Most potters walk around with at least one small smudge of it somewhere on their person, even when dressed to go out in public in our ''good'' clothes, we somehow cannot walk by a piece of work in progress and not touch that one spot which we just noticed needs to be smoothed out right now before it gets too dry.

I have "assistants"...mr. big ornery cat, little miss potbelly cat and a naughty younger kitty too. That's pretty much who I talk to during the day.

I am for the most part, self taught and when up to it, I am ever experimenting and transitioning in style, shape and form, trying out different clays, mixing new glaze recipes and even doing an occassional campfire firing.

"I am handmade" and proud to say it. There are no mass produced pieces in my studio. Each and every piece I make, is made with my own two hands, my four eyes and a lot of heart and soul. Add in a few simple tools, sometimes my potters wheel and sometimes a slab roller and creations are born.

    When I am sble I with clay in various locations, my favorite place to work is outside on the deck in the summer. I apologize but due to obligations and an ever changing schedule, I am unable to take on requests.

I strive to "follow the golden rule" ..... if there is a problem, I want to know about it right away so an amicable solution can be worked out. If you're unhappy, then I'm unhappy and I don't want either of us to be unhappy, please communicate your concerns, I'm convo friendly!
Refunds or replacements are handled and on a case by case basis to suit the situation. International customers who fail to collect their package or do not pay their countries fees are not eligible for refunds

Please Contact with me within 3 business days of receipt of your item if you have a problem with your order. Custom Orders that are in any way personalized, are not refundable.
Payment
Beads ship for one flat fee of $3.25 from my shop. Buy more. Save more in shipping. If you experience any problems that prevent you from purchasing, please contact me and I can provide or enable another payment method to facilitate your purchase purchase.

WI residents - sales tax is collected at time of purchase.

I do not ship internationally without discussing in advance. International customers, GST or VAT not included any item's price. I am not authorized to collect GST, VAT or any other taxes or fees your country assesses. Therefore if fees and/or taxes are applicable to your purchase, be aware that it is possible you will be required to pay them in order to collect your package.
Shipping
IMPORTANT: Please contact me immediately if your receipt is not showing your correct shipping address. I ship as fast as humanly possible, sometimes within just hours of your order, but always within 1-2 business days for ready-made items. See specific listings for custom orders timeframe. I go to great lengths to pack items carefully so they travel & arrive safely. You will always receive a notification of shipping email that will contain tracking info.

In the rare event of damage during transit, time is of the essence, so please inspect your packages promptly upon arrival. If breakage occurred during shipment, retain all the original packaging, and contact me within 3 business days of receiving your item for further instruction.

International customers are responsible for any taxes or fees their country charges.
Failure to collect your parcel soley because you do not wish to pay the fees may result in the returned item being ineligible for a refund.
