    Returns and exchanges
    I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Please contact me within 72 hours of receipt if there are any problems, I will exchange but not refund.
    Payment
    Payment is due within 24 hours of purchase. I currently accept pay pal only. Pay pal can be tricky so be sure to let me know if you are having difficulty with your purchase. If you are going to have difficulty paying with in the time-frame please contact me.

    If payment or payment arrangements are not received within 1 day, the transaction will be canceled.
    Shipping
    •Domestic Customers•

    I ship United States Postal Service first class with delivery confirmation. I am not responsible for loss, theft or damage of your package due to shipping errors. If you would like upgrade to priority, or add insurance, please let me know via convo or email (earthencreations@yahoo.com) and I will let you know how much it will be.

    •International Customers•

    Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the US.

    All packages are sent First class airmail international. This is the most economical method of shipping internationally but DOES NOT provide insurance or tracking of the package. While almost all packages arrive safe and sound, I CANNOT be responsible for lost packages. If you would prefer to upgrade to Priority or Express International with insurance, I would be more than happy to ship this method with an additional fee. Please contact me for a price quote.

    •Custom Orders•
    Require a non-refundable 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining portion is due upon approval with photograph.

    •Wholesale Orders•
    I require a minimum $200 order for Wholesale.
