Your satisfaction is very important to me. I make great effort to represent each item as accurately as possible. Please read thoroughly any item description before buying and view all available photographs for careful consideration. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, please let me know of the situation within three days of receiving it and I will consider accepting the item for refund as long as it is returned in unworn and original condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once a return item has been received by me I will issue a refund for the full purchase price of item only. I am unable to refund shipping costs.

To prevent any potential issues, Please, ask any questions concerning measurements or adjustments prior to checkout. I am very open to any modification you may have in mind, ideas, and feedback, so feel free to let me know of any questions which may concern an item of interest.

Due to the handcrafted nature and delicacy of many pieces, and on a case-by-case basis, I will accept an item to be returned for repair, if necessary and within a reasonable time frame of its purchase. However, I am a one woman business and I cannot be responsible for accidents with any certain piece once it is in your hands, but if there is an accident with or damage to an item, and a repair is desired you may certainly request a repair for a nominal fee depending upon the availability of the materials, if needed.

I currently accept Paypal. You may click pay now with Paypal & it will link you to the Paypal site. You may use a credit card on their secure site if you don't have an account.

I generally ship via USPS first class within three business days of receipt. Let me know if you would like to upgrade to priority or express mail prior to checkout so that can be factored into invoice. Please note that given shipping estimates are approximate and may vary. Also, please make sure you provided your current address for me to ship the package to it.

*I will carefully package each item to be shipped. Essentially I recycle and reuse packaging material whenever possible. If you would like a new package or for an item to be packaged for gifting, I can wrap it accordingly and include a personalized note upon request, just let me know any details upon checkout.

Please keep in mind that a lot of my items are of natural and occasionally organic or even rugged components and are handcrafted, not machine or mass produced so please be aware of possible imperfections or variations expected of the nature. Some items have imperfections that will be mentioned in the item listing description and displayed within the photographs. In nearly every listing I include a picture of a model's hand or similar component for reference. Before considering purchase, read the entire item description and view all pictures to note any potential imperfections or oddities with an item. Also, all computer screens display colors differently so please allow for potential subtle variance in an item's colors.
