Custom and personalized orders
Custom and personalized orders are welcome! I will do my best to accommodate you. Message me with what you would like custom and we will start there. There are no returns on custom or personalized orders.
Correct Address and Communications
You are responsible to provide an up to date and correct address. If your package is not deliverable, lost or returned to me the shipping fee will not be refunded.
If I have questions about your address or your order, I will message you.
What metal is used to create the jewelry?
I use stainless steel as a more economical way to bring beautiful jewelry creations to you! The perks of stainless steel is it is more durable, doesn't tarnish, won't leave your skin green and is waterproof.

Care instructions
For any of the Hand Crushed Jewelry please handle with care. Do not wear in water or during excessive activities where it can be snagged, pulled or dropped.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Most items can be gift wrapped but not all. It will be stated within the listing description if it is not available for a specific item, but please message me through Etsy if you have any questions and I will reply as soon as possible. Any other questions are always welcome as well! I'm here to help!
Is the jewelry made with genuine crystals?
Yes, all the jewelry that I create is made with real crystals from the earth. :)
How is the Hand Crushed Jewelry created?
I create the Hand Crushed "Raw" Jewelry by hand crushing the natural stone myself and adhering it to the stainless steel pendants or bezels.
Processing Times
I am a one woman shop and create all of my handmade items as they are ordered. Processing times can change but I will extend the processing time if needed and that will be reflected through the estimated delivery dates through Etsy. Please be aware that sometimes USPS can run behind a few days after your "estimated delivery date" and that is not within my control.
My order says it was delivered but I didn't recieved it?
There is no reason to be alarmed as this does happen from time to time. Unfortunately, the postal workers will sometimes scan all the items in the truck as being delivered when they were not delivered and then is delivered within the next few days. Please do not hesitate to message me through Etsy if you have any issues with your order being delivered. I'm always happy to help as your 100% satisfaction is my goal.
