Made with Love Delectable Edibles tumbled into being, Spring of 2001. Colin & Alexandra, following a gentle suggestion of consciousness, mixed their first three Spice Blends as a last minute extra to take to the Spring Extravaganza, a local craft fair in the small rural town of Canning, Nova Scotia.

Their business destiny launched that fateful weekend as Spice Blends ran off the table, causing late-night panic for the unseasoned couple who worked thru darkness to meet the unbelievable demand for their original creations.

Now the bi-coastal family is based in Kamloops BC on Made with Love Urban Farm, where they grow a huge assortment of herbs, greens, fruit, berries, nuts and mushrooms in their permaculture food forest gardens. International volunteers from around the globe share their home, life, gardens and community co-creating this eco-green sustainable artisan food company.

Colin is Made with Love's CEO2 & Spicemaster, over seeing the handcrafting of nine Spice Blends and six gourmet Magic Meals, when he isn't out rocking the skate bowl or a cherished guitar in the sun. He enjoys connecting one-on-one with our farm stay guests and his regular customers at local Farmers' Markets and Save On Foods stores. Colin loves to conceptualize new products & recipes, a passionate collaboration he shares with his wife, Alexandra.

Made with Love's CEO2 Alexandra lives her life purpose in each daily moment - constant transformation, challenge and renewal satisfied by the ever-changing parade of publicity, photographs, labels, designs and recipes her busy mind is conceptualizing and forcing her over worked desktop to materialize. Her visualization of Made with Love urban farm and permaculture food forest gardens, her passion for nutritional healing, ethnobotany & "eco-everything" engage and inspire international guests, apprentices and enthusiastic customers both locally and globally.
