Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase and you can receive a store credit upon the return of undamaged goods minus shipping fees. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in original packaging and in original condition and shipped with Delivery Confirmation, as I am not responsible for any items that are lost/damaged while in transit to me.

No refunds on custom orders.

For sanitary reasons, earrings may not be returned.
Payment
All forms of payment will be done through PayPal. PayPal accepts credit cards, debit cards and checking account transfers. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal. Choose PayPal during checkout, submit the order and click on "Pay Now". This will take you to PayPal where you can scroll down to the options for credit/debit cards or bank accounts.

Payment is expected at the time of the order. If I don't hear from you within 24 hours, I will send you a reminder. If I do not hear from you in 3 days, the order will be canceled.
Shipping
US ORDERS: I confirm and ship orders within 48 hours. Custom orders will take longer. Orders placed on the weekends will be shipped out the first business day of the week. Orders will be shipped using USPS first class mail.

Please allow adequate time from when I contact you that your package has been shipped and when it should arrive. I am shipping from Ohio, USA.
Additional policies and FAQs
All items are gift boxed.

I will be happy to customize jewelry for you. Possible ideas are:

1) Some of the jewelry can be lengthened or shortened.
2) Earring wires can be converted to leverback, kidney wires, etc.
3) Possibly done in a different color - both wire, chain and/or beads.
4) All metal in my jewelry can be replaced with gold-filled or sterling silver. (Additional costs will apply to this option.)

If any of these appeal to you, just contact me with the piece you're interested in and I will make a custom listing reserve for you. I will contact you when the listing is posted. You will have seven days to purchase it. All customized orders must be prepaid.
