Announcement   If you are looking for handmade urns for pets and people please go to my new Etsy shop: Custom Artful Urns: http://customartfulurns.etsy.com

Handmade clay art - functional and decorative. Kitchen ware for baking, drinking, and serving. Sculpture for decoration. Home decor.
My heart shares a little piece with each clay creation. My pots are precious and feel good in you hands. I collect and make unique honey pots. I make unique lidded vessels that serve as decoration that is functional. Many of my pieces are used as urns for pets or special loved ones. I specialize in hand built and wheel thrown pottery. I work in porcelain and stoneware that is glazed, or alternative firing- RAKU, Horsehair Raku, Saggar fired, and Pit fired. The unpredictability of the results of Raku and alternative firing methods is alluring. I am Crazed about RAKU. I love color. Enjoy your art as it is unique.
Check out my Gallery at heartstarkart.org, Canton Ceramic Artist Guild on Facebook.com., http://www.ceramicsdaily.org or http://www.lagunaclay.com I have a few special spots on Coyote Clays website and brochure as well as Laguna Clay's Catalogue . I am also featured in the Potters Council 2011 Calendar for Alternative Firing Collection for the month of June and Have had a spot in Clay Times magazine. I have exhibited at the Canton Museum of Art in Canton, Ohio. I am a member of the Canton Ceramic Artist Guild. Our goal is to help support the Canton Museum of Art's Ceramic Programs. Each year we participate in the May Show at the Canton Museum of Art where we donate bowls for hunger and the proceeds from the sale of the bowls goes to the Stark County Hunger Task Force. If you are in the area stop on by and help support a worthy cause.

Absolutely stunning just as it looked in the pictures. This is my second piece that I've purchased, both urns for beloved dog companions. The customer service is outstanding, product is very high quality with gorgeous colors and shipping is fast! Definitely will be back.

If payment is not received in a timely manner your order will be cancelled. I accept credit cards, Paypal, and money orders or certified check. Please convo if you have any questions. All commissioned work will require payment up front.
Second sale items are final sales.
Shipping
Thank you for your business. Every attempt is made to protect the item being shipped. If the product is defective and not attributed to the process or the handmaking, you may return it in it's orginal box, carefully wrapped and a refund will be considered. Raku, saggar, pit fired, and horse hair items may have hair line cracks. This is normal due to the process of thermal shock. Glazes may be crazed (tiny cracks) so please select your items carefully. Crazing is a process that can happen any time, any place, generally it does not affect the function of the piece. Special order items are not refundable. Insured items that are received damaged must be returned in a box packed around the original box and pictures must be submitted so that an insurance claim can be processed and your account credited.
Items mailed but not received are the responsibility of the purchaser. I would highly recommend that you communicate with the seller the need for insurance or tracking.
A handling charge may be included in the shipping price as well as a gas cost recovery fee.
Refunds and Exchanges
contact me with any damages. Photos must be sent to me via ETSY. Items shipped but not received by the buyer will not be refunded. No refunds will be made until insurance claims are settled. Items and packaging must be kept by the buyer until claims are settled. The cooperation of the buyer is imperative. If the buyer has purchased their own insurance then they are responsible for filing all insurance claims.
Additional policies and FAQs
Glaze colors vary due to lighting, photography, and computer monitors. Seller cannot be responsible for how the colored piece is viewed on line by the buyer. Please make your selection carefully .
