Welcome to my Earthy Expressions shop! I have started this shop after many years of selling my jewelry to family and friends. My wonderful husband Jason urged me to branch out to a wider audience so here I am! I strive to make every shopping experience satisfactory so please take a look at my policies to avoid any confusion. Thanks and happy shopping!

Returns and exchanges
I do not accept returns on anything personalized unless it is a mistake on my part. Jewelry that is not personalized may be returned within 1 week of receiving and in unused condition.I'm sorry but, I cannot refund return shipping on any items unless it was my mistake. I will not replace items that are lost in shipping if you did not purchase insurance with the item. You cannot track your order if you order from another country other than the U.S. and have it sent first-class shipping but, all other U.S. orders will be sent with delivery confirmation and can be tracked. I want all my customers to be satisfied and if there is a problem please let me know before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I will try my best to fix it. I am only human and do make mistakes! To lessen the chances of a mistake I require all my customers to leave exactly what they want on their custom orders in the message to seller box otherwise information can be lost in the communication process and the chances of a mistake are higher. Thank you for reading my policies it will make sure that your experience in my shop is the best it possibly can be!!:) Additionally, please only contact me thru convos on Etsy. If you contact me thru my personal e-mail I cannot guarantee you will receive an answer.
I prefer paypal but, I will accept a money order or cashiers check. I expect payment within 3 days of sale. Let me know if you plan on paying by money order or cashiers check and I will give you more time but, please let me know so I don't cancel the transaction and relist your item.
Please make sure that your Paypal address is correct because that is where I will ship to.
Insurance is optional but, recommended since I can't be held responsible for packages lost by the USPS. If you have insurance added I will send you a new total. If you have insurance added and the package is lost I will either refund your money or make a new item.
I will ship via USPS within 3 days of your purchase unless it is a custom made item and then I will let you know about how long it will take usually not more than 1 to 2 wks. depending on complexity of item and the number of orders I have.

Additional policies and FAQs
You should clean your sterling silver handstamped jewelry with a polishing cloth (like Sunshine polishing cloths). Do not use a liquid silver polish as this will remove the oxidization (darkness) from the letters. Keep your jewelry dry by storing it with a piece of chalk or in a plastic baggy this is especially important if you live in a humid climate or will not be wearing your jewelry for a long period of time. The best way to keep your jewelry from tarnishing is to wear it often:)
