We will always keep you updated if anything will prolong your estimated order time. After you've received your first version, we allow up to two revisions for anything you would like tweaked!

We offer five different backgrounds that include, City, Park, Mountain, Beach and Christmas so you'll be sure to find one that suits you.

You can send us as many photos as you like - and they don't need to be just one photo featuring everyone in your custom portrait. Individual photos of everybody are perfectly fine, just make sure the photos are clear and we can see each person's face. The more photos the better!

Yes! We love drawing custom backgrounds and making your portrait dreams come to life. Just drop us a message and we can discuss your idea. If possible, send us some reference photos of your location - or photos from online will work. too. Please note that we charge an additional £30 for a bespoke background.

Yes we do! We offer free delivery worldwide on our portrait prints. Our greeting card delivery prices will vary so please refer to the listing.

Our portraits feature a bright and cute cartoon art style and we use reference photos provided by you to create an overall likeness of the person. We use dot eyes rather than very realistic eyes, as this really suits our modern and clean style. Please note that our illustrations are not intended to be exact/realistic but more of a whimsical and fun gift.

We provide JPEG and PDF files suitable for printing up to A4 in size.

It’s perfectly suitable to print at home depending on the quality of your printer, we recommend using a heavy weight matte photo paper.

If home printing isn’t an option for you, we offer prints with free worldwide delivery at an extra cost of £10. You’re also more than welcome to use your local print shop.

Please note that any animals you want included in the portrait, will count as an additional person/pet when you are ordering. For example, you’d like 2 people with 2 cats in your portrait - this would total 4 people/pets. Or, you’d like 1 person with 4 dogs - this would total 5 people/pets.
