A stationery shop called Easily Suede? Well, this shop was originally opened to sell my hand stitched leather satchels and bags, but when the recession hit, the sales dried up and so I closed the shop for a while. I still make bags, but just for friends and family and when I reopened the Etsy shop I kept the name!

I'm a proper stationery geek and so love to make the pencils, journals, notebooks and whatever else you see in my shop.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Rest assured that all items are quality checked before being listed in my shop - only the best will do! Please read item descriptions carefully and contact me if you have any questions or would like to see additional photographs.

I want you to be delighted with your purchase so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately (within 3 days of receipt) and I will do whatever I can to rectify the situation. Returns can only be accepted within 14 days of sale. If a refund is agreed, it will be processed once the returned item has been received if it is unused, in its original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Any additional import taxes incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that custom made items cannot be returned.
Orders will be posted on confirmation of cleared payment.
Items are sent using either Royal Mail first class or a courier (UK) and Royal Mail Airmail (overseas). If you would like a tracked service please get in touch for a price. Overseas orders for journals are sent using Royal Mail's International Tracked & Signed Service.

Customers are responsible for paying any import taxes incurred.
