Creating and Giving!

As humans we need beauty, some small glimpse of something lovely that brings us joy and hope in the midst of life. East & Nest holds this as one of its strongest beliefs that beauty can give us the strength and encouragement to continue on in the midst of difficult times.

Which is why our core mission is towards using the platform of modern home décor and self-care items to serve women and children’s shelters, first locally and then widespread. It takes warrior sized steps for many women to walk into a shelter. She is walking thru brick walls to try to begin the long process of treading a new path. Psychologically and physically this is an intensely difficult and brave thing to do.

That’s why we don’t want to just build a great business but build a legacy of surrounding these women from the moment they make that step with new modern beautiful items that bring them a small bit of joy, care and hope for a better future for them and their children.

Women so often thrive with the simple act of being able to make their homes beautiful for themselves and their families; we want these women to have that opportunity. They are doing the hard work, we just want to be part of encouraging them in the platform we have whether we are big or small.

Welcome to East & Nest. All of our pillow covers are serged and safety stiched for the most durable and long lasting product possible. We get all of our fabric directly from the manufacturer to ensure the latest designer prints right off the fabric press.

We are always able to do custom/special orders and are able to do most any combination of sizes and pillow covers.

All of our covers have the same high end décor fabric on both the front and back of the covers; in addition to our covers we also offer curtains, valances, table runners and table cloths.

We are always taking wholesale and bulk orders for shops and weddings. Please convo us for more info.

We are proud to give 15% of our profits away.

Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
All of our covers are made to order and are cut from the bolts after an order is placed. Each cover is made specifically for the order that is placed. Please be aware of this turnaround time when ordering.

Please Note: All computer monitors vary in color somewhat. Please be aware of this when ordering.

We accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me via Etsy Convo within one week of your order being delivered to request an exchange or return. We ask that all returns are put back in the mail within two weeks of delivery, and that they be returned from a smoke free, pet free, odor free home and are in the same condition received. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. There is no restocking fee, but original shipping costs will not be refunded.

We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges on custom orders or custom sizes. If you are unsure on the fabric please contact us so we can get a swatch sent out.

**Errors or Defects: We stand by the products we make 100%. If there are any errors or defects, we will certainly correct the problem right away with an exchange for the same item.

That being said, we love what we make, and we want you to feel the same way and will try to help in any way we can to make you happy with your purchase. Please contact us with any issues regarding your orders.
We accept PayPal as well as all major credit and debit cards through Etsy direct checkout. We also accept e-Checks through PayPal; but please note that your order will not ship until the e-Check has cleared.

Note: You do not need a PayPal account in order to use paypal.

Washington State Residents pay 9.5% sales tax
**Domestic Orders :
All items are shipped USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. All packages include delivery confirmation that is sent when the order is shipped.

**International Orders :
International orders, which include Canada, can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks or more. Packages are often held up in customs once they leave the US. Please be aware of this when ordering.

*Unfortunately it is not possible to track packages once they leave the US, and international delivery confirmation is only available to limited countries. We provide proof of shipment on our end (a customs tracking #), but we cannot be responsible for packages once shipped internationally. International orders are insured against loss or damage. In the case of a clam needing to be filed, 45 days must pass from the date of shipment prior to a claim being filed.

*Please note that international packages will be declared as "merchandise" with the actual sale amount of the order (not including the shipping price) declared in the value. We cannot mark international packages as "GIFT" as this is not legal. We also are not responsible for any taxes/import/handling fees etc. that may be charged by your country, and any import duty/tax is the sole responsibility of the buyer, so please be aware of your country's import laws and taxes. Thank you for understanding.

We ship all orders within two weeks, often sooner.

Note: There may be times rarely where an order may take longer than two weeks to make due to demand and availability of a certain fabric. We make every effort to let you know when there will be a delay in shipment.
