Welcome to east&twelve!

Once you purchase the listing for the design you like, I will email you a form to fill out. Feel free to provide me with any additional information that will help customize the design.

After I get the form from you, I will work to make your invitation yours! You should expect to see a proof from me within 72 hours of sending me the form.

1) Purchase the listing of the design you like.
2) I will email you a form to fill with your information.
3) Once you email me back the form, I will get a proof design to you within 72 hours.
4) We will work together to get the design just right!
5) Once you have approved your design, I will create a custom listing in my store that reflects your total order balance.
6) When you have purchased your custom listing and the payment has gone through PayPal, I will send the files to the printer.
7) It's as easy as that!

p.s. If you like my designs, but want something that is completely yours, we can work together to create something just for you. Custom designs start at $75, but after we have discussed what you are wanting, I can give you an exact price.
I will ship your invitations to the address that is in your PayPal account. If you have a different address where you would like your invitation sent, please let me know at time of purchase.

Shipping prices vary depending on the invitation set quantity. Once you let me know your quantities, I will let you know your shipping cost. I ship all order via USPS with tracking.

Save-the-date orders of more than 150 ship for free!!

Please allow 2 weeks (10 business days) for your invitations to arrive after you have paid your order. This time includes printing and shipping of the invitations.

If you are needing a rush order, please let me know and I can work to get your order to you quickly.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because I want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, please make sure you double/triple check the final design file that I send to you. Once you have approved the design, it will go to the printer. I cannot refund any order that you have approved so PLEASE make sure all dates, names, and details are correct.

If there is a problem with your order and it is my fault, please notify me right away and I will work to make it correct.
Additional policies and FAQs
All invitation pieces are professionally printed on 100lb paper. Envelopes are available in a variety of colors.

Minimum order of 100 on all invitations and save-the-dates. If you are needing less than 100, please contact me.

All printed pieces come to me before I send them to you. I will make sure that the quality is 100% perfect. If you want to see paper samples/printed samples, please convo me and I can send you samples from the printer.

All wedding invitation pieces have the option of letterpress printing. Letterpress printing is where a plate is made and then stamped into the paper. The ink makes an impression into the paper. It is a very elegant look! Please ask me about this option and I can give you pricing.
