Payment
I accept payments through Etsy Direct.
All payments must be made prior to shipping.
50% down payment for all custom orders.
You must notify me immediately to cancel an order. If it has not been shipped, I will be happy to process your cancellation. If it has already been shipped, you may return it and I will issue a refund less shipping costs and a 10% administrative fee.
Shipping
I am only shipping in the United States at this time but will consider making shipments to Canada on a case by case basis. Please convo me and I will quote you a shipping price.

I recycle shipping and packaging materials whenever I can to reduce waste.

****PLEASE NOTE: I am currently shipping most orders by priority mail but do ship first class for some items. If you have a strong preference for one or the other, an upgrade to priority flat rate or expedited shipping, please convo me to discuss.

When postage charged exceeds the actual cost $1.25 I will refund the difference.

If you are local family or friends, I will happily deliver your order to you. Please convo me for coupon code for free delivery.

If you have any concerns regarding shipping, please do not hesitate to contact me.

You will be notified that your order has been received and that your purchase has been shipped. Please note that according to the item listings, there may be a 1-3 business days or 3-5 business days processing time. In most cases shipping will occur within 24-48 hours as my items are all in stock. I will do everything I can to make this happen during the business week. I do not process orders or ship on the weekend.

Each item in my shop is lovingly handcrafted by me in my smoke-free home and is represented to the best of my ability in the listings and photos. Each item will be carefully inspected prior to shipping and safely packaged to arrive in the condition it was shipped.

Your complete satisfaction is my priority and I want you to have a positive ETSY shopping experience! If you are not absolutely thrilled with your purchase from my shop, please notify me within 5 business days to discuss and to initiate your return, refund or exchange. The items must be shipped back to me, at your expense, in the condition received (unused) and in the same packaging via USPS First Class Mail with tracking and I must receive it within 10 days. Once I receive the returned item you will be issued a refund less the shipping cost. In the event of an exchange, shipping expenses will be your responsibility as well.
