Easy Edges Studio is run by me, myself and I (aside from my business manager, aka, the Husband:)
I feel so very blessed to have the opportunity to stay home with my kiddos, and still "work". I have an 8 year old boy, a 4 year old girl and an 18 month old little girl, who keep me very busy!! But in my spare time and nap time, I can be found sewing away in my "studio", formerly known as our dining room:)
Every single item listed in my shop is handmade by yours truly. I put a good amount of time and effort into each piece. I ask that you please allow a 2 week turnaround time for this reason. I do the best I can, with the amount of time left in my day.

I ship everything through the US Postal Service, First Class or Priority (2-3 days). I am happy upgrade to quicker shipping. Again, please convo for details on this. I always ship with delivery confirmation (tracking number), but not with insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know and I will send you a revised PayPal invoice.
INTERNATIONAL: For international customers, I also ship with USPS First Class mail. I will fill out the required custom form. Unfortunately, cannot track your package with First Class shipping. I will do everything on my part to make sure it is packaged and labeled correctly, but I am not responsible for lost packages when they are shipped internationally.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify me within 10 calendar days of your receipt, I am happy to offer a replacement upon my receipt of your returned item(s). You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return the item(s) back to Easy Edges, as well as the cost of shipping the replacement item(s) back to you.
'READY TO SHIP' and personalized items are FINAL SALE, Easy Edges cannot refund or exchange anything that is ready to ship or has been personalized.
Easy Edges is not responsible for lost packages if insurance is not purchased. If shipping international and your package is less than 4 lbs, the only way to purchase insurance is by upgrading shipping to Priority. Upon request, Easy Edges is happy to provide quotes on shipping.
Please check and verify the information that you submit on your order to ensure that the sizing, letter, name, fabric, etc is correct. Easy Edges is NOT responsible for mistakes or ommited information from the customer.
Additional policies and FAQs
As stated above, all items are handmade, and hold up best when hand laundered. If washing by machine, please turn any garment with an applique inside-out, to reduce the amount of fray. Appliques will fray around the edge up to the stitching, only adding to the uniqueness of the item!
