Essential oils have changed my life, I believe they could change yours. 🌱

EbbandFlowMarket got it’s start selling fandom art, particularly art from Avatar the Last Airbender, Supernatural and Harry Potter.

It has since moved on to sell products related to essential oils, crafts (such as embroidery and cards), wooden displays (joined soon by boxes and shelves) and there are a number of other cool things coming your way. 👏🏼

Essential oils have changed my life. My stunning mentor for psychology introduced them to me in April 2017 and they have changed my life for the better.

Now it’s my turn to try and change someone’s life. Wish me luck!

Refunds and Returns

We aim to provide accurate and complete information about our products. When you purchase one of our products we want you to feel confident that you know exactly what you are buying. We will answer any questions you have so that if you purchase from us you are confident that you know exactly what you are buying.

In the unlikely event that you change your mind after you have received the items, you can return them within 30 days of receiving them.
We are not able to accept returns or refunds after that 30 days.
If you want to return the item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds and Returns

To return an item, contact us through Etsy Conversations, stating your reasons for returning the item. Include a signed letter with your address and contact details with the return that also states your reasons.

Refunds and Returns

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, at your own risk, in the same condition you received it, to EbbandFlowMarket. We advise you to return the item to us with a tracking number, insurance, and signature upon receipt. When you returned the item contact us again to tell us the tracking number etc. EbbandFlowMarket will not issue a refund if the item is not received, even though it has been sent.

We will deduct from the refund the cost of repairing any damages, that were incurred when you shipped it back to us.

We will deduct the original shipping cost of sending the item to you in the first place.

Refunds and Returns

Because some of our items are made to order, we reserve the right to charge you a return fee of 25% of the original cost of the item because it will have been handmade specifically for you. It may be a long time before another customer orders the same item. This particularly applies to items that have individual artwork as part of the design.

Refunds and Returns

Once the refund amount is calculated, we will transfer the refund to you through your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Transfers can then take 4 working days to appear in your account, we are not responsible for any financial institution delays in returning your money.
If after carefully checking your account statement, contact the financial institutions (bank and/or credit card company) concerned. Banks often hold onto the money before returning it to you the customer

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via Etsy conversations.

Refunds and Returns - Damage During Shipping

If this occurs, please contact us through Etsy Conversations and tell us what happened. Please include a photo or photos of the damage and we will rectify the situation to minimise your inconvenience.

We reserve the right to take the matter up with our postal authorities (Australia Post)/ Couriers and request you on your part to submit the item in its original packing to your postal authorities/couriers that delivered the item to you and complete your claim. On completion, send us photographic evidence of the claim, we will then be able to expedite the matter with our postal authorities/couriers.

Refunds and Returns - Damage During Shipping

On receiving confirmation from Australia Post/our couriers that the damage occurred in transit we will, based on your preference offer you a refund or replacement.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Custom items
Custom items are non-returnable. Refunds or exchanges cannot be given.
