Hi! I'm Vivian, a watercolor enthusiast! My love of watercolor and ink started as a young child as I often found myself mesmerized by my father’s old paintings from his college days—soft transparent washes combined with strong, committed line work—I was captivated! I dabbled with other mediums throughout my younger years but found myself continuously drawn back to the fluidity of watercolors. Despite the unpredictable and often unforgiving nature of aqueous mediums, I adore working with watercolors as it has taught me that some of the best things in art (and in life) come from spontaneity and mistakes!
I hope my shop allows others to also share in my love of watercolors.

Returns and exchange details
LOST OR DAMAGE: If the item you receive is damaged, you must contact me within 5 days of receiving the item in order to receive a refund. I must also see a clear photo of the damage.
TRACKING: All items shipped within the U.S. will be shipped with a tracking number, however tracking is not guaranteed with international orders. In the event that your item is lost in the mail, I will issue a full refund. You must contact me within 30 days of placing your order to get a refund in this case.
If there are any other issues, please contact me as soon as possible.

I ship from California and it takes approximately 5 days within the USA and approximately 2-3 weeks for the rest of the world
Paintings are carefully packaged either in a clear sleeve and with cardboard backing to prevent damage while in transit or in a secure mailing tube.
***Please also note that if your Paypal and Etsy address don't match, I will email you to ask where to send the item and will not dispatch until I have received confirmation from you.
