We currently do not have any custom design or customization services available. All designs are only available in the colors, fonts, layout, etc. as shown in the listing.

Please write the details for your event in the "notes to seller" box at the checkout. You can also send us a message through etsy after you have placed your order. Please note we are unable to process any orders that have not submitted their personalization. The turnaround time won't begin until your event details have been received.

If we have not received your personalization or heard back from you within 2 weeks your order will be canceled and refunded.

We will send the file to the email address listed on your etsy receipt unless you note otherwise. Our current turnaround time is 2-3 business days from the date your order has been placed and event details have been received.

No but we do offer instant download invitations where you can add your own to text to the design in our other shop, inkobsessiondesigns.etsy.com.

Please note we do not have any editable files for sale. JPGs are flattened and PDFs are password protected and can only be opened in Adobe Reader or Preview.

You can either choose a JPG file for photo printing or a PDF for home printing. Before ordering please make sure your printer will be able to work with our file formats & sizes. We do not offer any customizations to the size or change the design to meet any print shop's specifications.

Two revisions are included in the cost. Extra revisions are an additional $3 each and must be paid for prior to any work being done. Please allow an addition 2-3 business days to receive your revised design.

We keep orders on file for 30 days only. After 30 days your order will be deleted - if any additional revisions are needed after 30 days you will need to re-purchase the design.

Our turnaround time starts when we have received both your order and personalized details. We work from 10am-2pm Monday through Thursday and are off Friday, Saturday, Sunday & US holidays. Please see the chart below with further info on when you can expect to see your order:

Colors may vary between what you see on your computer monitor/smartphone/tablet and your actual printed product. This is because all monitors and screens display color differently and printers can print differently. Even things like paper quality and ink can make a difference. Although we try to display the colors as accurately as possible, it is imperative you understand these color variances can occur. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
