All tags are my original designs, illustrated and created by hand in my workshop.
They are 2-sided, made from high quality aircraft grade 3005 alloy
aluminum, and manufactured in the USA from 80% recycled material.

5 out of 5 starsMy second time ordering one. My dogs first one lasted over 2 years but needed to be replaced due to wear and tear from having a lab. I love this tag. Having a dog with Addison’s, I know that her meds are vital to keeping her alive. I live that the tag is so obvious. Hee health condition is on her chip and her normal tag but can always always be missed. This is in plain view.

Can I put my information on the back of the tag? Does it cost extra?
All the tags are 2 sided, perfect for your info on the back, and there's no extra charge
What material are the tags made of?
They are made from high quality, aircraft grade, 3005 alloy aluminum.
They are 100% lead free and manufactured in the USA from 80% recycled material.
They are also waterproof, and will not rust.
Are the tags engraved?
The tags are printed using a special process keeps the ink permanently on the tag (the same process that's used for the front of the tags)
International Buyers: Why did I have to pay Customs fees? Is it because there wasn't enough postage?
No, your postage was 100% paid for, the fees you're seeing are your country's taxes - (VAT, GST).

Why hasn't my order shipped yet? How do I find the tracking info?
How to find your ship by date & tracking information:
Etsy top right page - You - Purchases and reviews - View Receipt - Scroll down to second white box;
- If your package hasn't shipped yet, it will say 'Shipping Details' and will have the date your order is scheduled to ship by.
- If your package has shipped, it will say 'Track Package' and will show your tracking information
Where do I add the information for the back of the tag?
Before you submit your order, there will be a box for notes.
Please add your information in the note box. If you are ordering more than one tag, include a brief description of the tag with the info.
If you miss or forget to add information to the note box, don't worry, just send me a conversation/message :)
