...ABOUT ME...
Eccentricity Supply Company is my labor of love, a natural extension of my packrat nature and my inability to settle on any art form for long. I'm a magpie by nature, constantly on the prowl for treasures that could be used in art; so constantly, in fact, that I end up with far more than one artist could ever use.

...MISSION STATEMENT...
Eccentricity Supply Company is a one-woman operation whose mission is to bring an exciting, eclectic array of inspiring items to the creative community. I strive to keep things fresh and exciting, while being a reliable source for all of your muse-waking needs.

...CONTACT INFO...
I hope you find everything you need today. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email me EccentricitySupplyCo [!at] gmail.com or convo me.

Shipping
...SHIPPING SCHEDULE...
Packages are mailed three days a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. Please keep this in mind when ordering products for a project, especially in November and December when the postal services tend to slow down.

Digital products are emailed within 48 hours, though usually in less than 12. Products will be mailed as attachments, so please be sure you have room in your inbox. (File sizes are listed in item descriptions.)

...SHIPPING RATES...
Shipping and handling fees include postage, mailers, labels, as well as my time to package products. Items are shipped the most economical way possible, unless you request otherwise.

...ADDRESS POLICY...
Items are shipping to the mailing/email address you have listed with PAYPAL unless you specify otherwise in the "Message to seller" section of checkout. (If you forget, please contact me ASAP via email or convo, but checkout messages are vastly preferred, since I get those at the same time as payment.)
Refunds and Exchanges
...REFUNDS POLICY...
Every item I offer made me squeal with glee when I found it, and I strive to ensure that your selections make you just as happy. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact me so that we can work something out. Remember; the majority of the items at Eccentricity Supply Company are between twenty and a hundred years old, and will show their age.
Additional policies and FAQs
...ALLERGY NOTICE...
All items are shipped from my home, which while smoke-free is NOT pet-free. I am owned by two rambunctious felines, who do enjoy getting into my treasures when I'm not looking. I do my best to keep things cat-free, but it's something of a losing battle.

Also, the majority of my items are old and second-hand, and I can only guess at their history. If you have extremely sensitive allergies to smoke, dust, etc. it's possible my items will not be fun for you to be around. Please use your best judgment when shopping for vintage items.

...ANTIQUE, VINTAGE, ETC...
While I'm not a professional antiquarian, I do my best to describe the era of my goodies fairly accurately. Because Etsy uses the term "vintage" rather generally, I use it in the Tags section for anything over 20 years old. However, the term you see in the title will give you a general indication of its age to the best of my knowledge. Here's the lowdown on how I use them:
---VINTAGE = 1980s back to 1960s
---ANTIQUE = 1950s back to 1930s
---EDWARDIAN = 1910s back to 1900s
---VICTORIAN = 1910s back to 1870s
***Note that there is overlap on Victorian/Edwardian - this is because Victorian is a far more common search term than Edwardian, and commonly misused to describe both eras. Items from 1900-1919 will have both words in the tags or description.***
