I pride myself in being an honest seller, strive for the utmost in customer satisfaction and do my best to make sure any issues that may arise are resolved.

I do my best to describe all items accurately. If you find that the item was not as described, please contact me and I will work to resolve any issues. My goal is to keep my customers coming back, so if you have a problem with something please let let know, I will do my best to correct any mistakes.

Feedback is an important part of the buyer/seller experience; so if you are unsatisfied in any way with your order, please contact me before leaving a negative or neutral feedback. I leave feedback for my sold items only after receiving feedback from the buyer. On items that I purchase, I leave feedback upon receipt of merchandise and will also contact the seller if any problems arise prior to leaving feedback. THANK YOU!

Payment must be made within 3 days of sale or item will be re-listed. If you need to make arrangements for a longer payment term, please contact me. I will work with you if you need more time. Paypal is my only accepted payment method.
Item(s) are typically shipped within 3-4 business days after payment has cleared. Each additional item(s) purchased within the same order may qualify for discounted/combined shipping. Any shipping overages are refunded via paypal. All items are packaged with care in poly envelopes or priority mail packaging and ship via US Postal Service.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items come with a money back guarantee, but I must be notified of any problems within 7 days of receipt your item. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and handling fees, these are non-refundable.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please convo me with any special requests, custom orders or other questions. Customer orders will require a 50% deposit in order to begin and the balance due upon completion.
