Announcement    Today, Feb 27, 2020, I have marked everything down 50% to 90%. Please buy a lot! I need to sell ASAP. No coupons too find; just the lowest prices on tagua and natural seeds you will see!

I want to move all this tagua and you are going to flip at the prices! Due to our low prices, I can no longer offer free shipping. If you find a notation for free shipping within a description, please understand that we can no longer offer shipping for free.

We offer Eco-Friendly Beads for the Earth Friendly Jeweler by EcoBeadsTagua on Etsy! Tagua, AKA vegetable ivory beads, are our specialty. The best quality on the internet!

RECYCLE! We don't use a bunch of plastic bags that will go in the garbage. You'll get small items bagged. Larger items will be loose. Since they are organic seeds they will not scratch each other. We even reuse plastic bags!

We offer beads in three finishes. Some of our beads have a lovely satin finish while others have been tumbled with natural materials to achieve the highest gloss possible. Some of our bombona have a natural, tumbled finish but we also offer lacquered bombona which have a high gloss and are super durable.

The tagua is manufactured in South America where the industry employs approximately 30,000 people. We also have netsuke from Hong Kong. Some of them are very old.

With every purchase from EcoBeads Tagua, you help keep the rainforests intact. Our beads are made in small workshops using tagua from Amazonian areas. Tagua flourishes under the rainforest canopy where destruction of the canopy would cause ruin for the tagua industry.

Thank you for being an Earth friendly artist by purchasing from EcoBeads Tagua.

We have the highest quality tagua and the largest selection on the planet for the very best prices.

EcoBeads: Saving the Planet, One Bead at a Time
Less than wholesale prices. All items have been marked down 50% to 90%. No coupons, just the lowest prices!

Within the shadows of tropical rainforest canopies, is a palm tree producing tagua seeds. This palm grows up to 27 feet, usually in the swampy parts of the forest, most often in groups.
Up to fifteen spikes a year form on the palm. Each spike produces a hard shell fruit with protrusions. The fruit contains about thirty seeds/nuts.
After drying three to six months, the seed hardens. At this stage, it can be used to make a variety of objects, beads and buttons.
Over the last few decades, tagua has become an important natural material for its beauty, and because the palm grows with less sun, under the rainforest canopy leaving the canopy untouched. Tagua helps improve the standard of living in the impoverished rural areas where the seeds are harvested.
Our beads are made in workshops where workers receive a fair wage for their work. The workshops are clean and some provide meals for workers and child care.
We hope you enjoy making beautiful jewelry from our eco-friendly beads.

Additional policies and FAQs
Since tagua beads are organic, they can become damaged with repeated exposure to water, heat, sun and changes in humidity. Always keep tagua dry and do not store in a closed container or plastic bag. If exposed to water, let beads dry thoroughly. Tagua exposed to heat, sun and or drastic temperature changes may create cracks or color changes. Constant exposure to the sun may also cause damage.
If you do not unpack your beads promptly and they are exposed to humidity, they may mildew. We are not responsible for this.
