My products are art and uniquely designed by me. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me to discuss the details. Refunds and exchanges will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

International orders may take up to 4 weeks before delivery depending on your customs department. If you would like your item sooner please contact me before your purchase so we can discuss other shipping methods.

If International packages are returned due to high custom fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, incorrect address given by buyer, or item being held without pick up, the order will be refunded minus the shipping costs.
