About

Go Green!

Go Green!

My goal is to provide you with all-natural products. I make and sell them and show you how you can make your own. My son Seth has inspired me to go green. It all started with a simple diaper. One day I realized how much money I have been throwing in the trash by buying disposable diapers. I did my research and discovered that people still use cloth diapers. I was ecstatic to try them out. Seth started using cloth diapers when he was just a few months old in 2014. I loved seeing him in all his cute diaper prints. I saved so much money in that first year using cloth diapers and by also making them myself. At first, I washed them by hand and will let them air dry outside when it was warm or in the house when it was cold. I later purchased a Laundry Pod that helped a lot with washing them.

A few months into using the cloth diapers I asked Seth, “why am I still buying wipes?” and of course he laughed because he had no idea what I was talking about. I cut and sewed into squares an old flannel pajama bottom I had. I used them for a few days, and I was very happy with them. There was this feeling of satisfaction knowing what I was wiping my sons butt with. COTTON! Beautiful natural cotton. I was happy knowing that his disposable diapers and wipes were not sitting in a landfill for years contaminating the world. From there my mind was set on “if I can make it, I am not buying it!”

After the diapers and wipes, I did a lot of research on natural products. I started very small with a cheap sewing machine and tried to use as many things I had laying around the house to use. When I started making soap, I would use them, and my sister inherited a bunch of soap. She gave me a lot of helpful feedback on what worked and what didn’t. Once I was confident enough that I can reproduce all my items I decided to share it with you all.

Frequently asked questions
Care instructions

Do not use Fabric softener on cloth diapers. Fabric softeners do not allow the diapers to remain absorbent because it coats the diapers. Use vinegar instead.
