This item is extremely well-made and useful for a variety of different razor sizes in addition to the standard safety razors and double edge razors. The material stands up very well to blades and the snap closure is also very durable. Another advantage is that this material can get wet without any issues. Some other materials may not hold up as well.

Poor choice of material for the purpose. After less than 2 months of use as a razor protector, the fabric has failed and torn in multiple places and must be discarded. I had been looking for a non-leather option to protect my safety razor and this turned out to be a bad idea.
