The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Most items can be returned for store credit. Please contact me by email within 3 business days, and ship the item back to me in unused condition within 7 business days. I will then refund you the cost of the item. Unfortunately, I am unable to refund shipping and handling costs.

Please note: Sale items and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping
Items are shipped within 1-3 business days* in the U.S. using Priority Mail, First Class, or Media Mail. If you pay with a personal check, the item will be mailed after check clears.

For custom-made orders, please allow 6-10 days before items are shipped.

**TRACK & CONFIRM**
You may track and confirm the status of the item by entering the label (or receipt) number on the site: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action. If you do not know the label (or receipt) number, please contact me and include the details of your order. I will then send you the number.

Because all pieces are created by hand, no two items are identical. Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photos.

**CUSTOM ORDERS**
I can also do custom orders. Please email me if you are interested. Prices vary depending upon:
1. Lined paper, blank paper, or custom design inside the cover
2. Paperback, hardcover, or leather bound
3. Paper size, paper count, paper design
4. Personalization, such as a name or photo
5. Miscellaneous, such as embossments, foil, etc.
