If an item arrives damaged, or there is a flaw in the creation of the item, please contact me immediately. No returns will be offered after 10 days of receipt. (Please see below for policy on custom orders)

A full refund, including shipping, will only be issued for items that are damaged. If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it for a refund, I will gladly refund the cost of the item minus shipping once I item arrives back to me.
Exchanges are not offered at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Paypal is preferred. When paying with paypal, payment is expected within 3 days of purchase. Any items not paid for within 72 hours will be relisted unless contact has been made regarding payment arrangements.

Check and Money Order are also accepted forms of payment. Please mail your payment within 3 days and contact me when it is in the mail. All items paid with check or money order will be held for 1-2 weeks to ensure payment clearing. USPS postal money orders are preferred.

If, due to special or unexpected circumstance, you are not able to pay within 3 days, please contact me so we can work something out. Negative feedback will be left for non-paying customers.

You may cancel your purchase if you choose. Cancellation before payment is preferred, if you have paid for your item you must cancel before shipping has occurred. Some custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation.


Washington State residents are subject to your local area sales tax. This will automatically be added into your sales price by Etsy. If you are tax exempt please contact me with your tax number for a refund.

Once payment is received and clears, your package will be shipped within 3 business days using USPS unless it is a custom-made item, then please convo me or see the item listing for information on how long your item will take to handcraft and ship. Insurance is now included in the shipping cost and well as delivery confirmation for all packages mailed within the United States. This is not optional and is added for your protection.

International or Canadian orders must allow extra time for shipping. Unless other services are requested, all international packages will be sent USPS International without a tracking number.

I am happy to discuss custom orders with you. If you are interested, please feel free to contact me.Custom orders will take several weeks to complete. If it will take longer than this, I will let you know in the beginning. In some cases, supplies for your order may not be readily available and the time frame/cost may reflect that.

Refunds are issued for custom orders only in the case of damaged items. If an item arrives damaged I will give you the option of a full refund, including shipping, or having the item remade.

Please note that due to my employment in the hospice industry, I cannot always get to a computer daily. If you email me with questions or concerns and I don't respond immediately don't panic- I may be working with a patient and can attend to your emails as soon as I am home.
