Frequently asked questions
PACKAGING
Prints are placed in a protective sleeve and secured between two back boards to protect your print during shipping before being placed in a sturdy mailing envelope. Larger prints and canvas arrive in a box.
SHIPPING
Prints 5x7 to 11x14 are shipped from my home studio through the US Postal office. These prints ship within 3-5 business days.
Larger prints, canvases, and framed prints are shipped through UPS or FedEx directly from a professional lab. These items usually ship within 5-7 business days.
Tracking information is provided once your print ships.
International shipments ship within 3-7 days.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
At this time all photos are printed and shipped to you. Digital download and digital files are not available for purchase.
