Will my order have a tracking number?

I will supply tracking numbers for all Australian orders. International parcel tracking can be added at the checkout, however in some countries postal services do not offer tracking information on international parcels.

Your parcel has not arrived?

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frame please contact me and I will do my best to help you. However, please understand that Australia Post don't consider a parcel as being lost in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping within Australia, or a full 60 days from the date of shipping overseas parcels, and I will not send a replacement item sooner than this.
