This shop does it all right. In this era when responsiveness is key, I feel like she out did it. I was notified even when she couldn't get to the mail drop before it closed ON THE DAY I ORDERED the beads. Like, I could have had some info the next day, no biggy. Wow. So responsive. The beads were packed so carefully. Bubble wrap etc. And as is now the expected norm, I got extras in my pack. She tied up the bead package with extra beads. Gosh, I am so impressed and grateful for all that extra effort. Back in the day, I'd have been happy just to get the product. I can't wait to use the beads. TWO DAYS from order to receipt.
