I accept custom orders. If you like this item or another item in my shop but you want another color combination or other design or some other variation I would be happy to create something for you. Just contact me with your request and I will let you know if it is possible for me to create it and then inform you about pricing and time.

GIFT WRAPPING & PACKAGING
I professionally wrap your items to ensure you wll receive them in perfect condition. I always send my items carefully packed in the bubble envelopes - it’s the best way to protect them..

1. My papier mache handmade objects are shipped from the island of Rhodes,Greece,via Hellenic Postal Service (ELTA) by A’ priority Registered Mail, with tracking number (signature required) within 3-5 business days of received payment.
If you are interested at non-registered mail please contact me before order.
2. Shipping cost depends on the item.
3. Shipping fees can be found at the bottom of each listing.
4. I will ship them to your Etsy address, so please make sure it’s correct. If you want them to ship them to another address please send me a message through Etsy.
5. If your order is already marked as "shipped" I cannot accept cancellation.

Online tracking services for International Registered Mail is not available from all National Post Carriers.
I can't guarantee that your package will be tracked online after leaving Greece because this depends on the services provided by your National Post Carrier.
Australian and Canadian Post do not offer online tracking for international registered mail.

I don’t accept wholesale orders. If you want an item at most several pieces please send me a message to discuss it.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and I'll refund the price of the item as soon as I receive the item.
Please note that my items are carefully packaged to prevent damage. So, in order to accept it back and give you a full refund the item must me unused to its original condition and original packaging.If you don’t have the original packaging, item should be packaged carefully to ensure safe arrival as it was shipped to you.
You'll be responsible for the cost of returning the item to me, unless the item is faulty or delivered to you in error.

*Papier mache is a tough but lightweight material. So please be careful not to drop it down or hit it somewhere. It won’t shatter but it can be chipped, scuffed or damaged if abused.
**Unless otherwise indicated, all my papier mache items are made from recycled paper and other recyclable materials, not ready made papier mache.
***Please have in mind that colors in the photographs may vary a little bit from original items.

Everything is made in a non-smoking and pet free environment.
