CUSTOM ITEMS: can not be returned or refunded. A final approval must be submitted before printing is to begin. No changes can be made after this time. Please take time to review your proof and request any changes available within the appropriate time frame. Refer to the item listing for specific information regarding custom + personalized options. In the event that there is an error after final approval, no refunds will be given for said item(s).

All printers and monitors reproduce colors differently. Because of this, colors may shift from screen to print, depending on your individual printer. I cannot guarantee that what you see on your monitor will match your final pieces, exactly.

Eight Pepperberries will be open 7 days a week for orders, but only open for correspondence Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm. I will not respond to emails on the weekends or holidays because I am spending time with my family. I try my very best to respond to all messages within 48 hours and answer messages on a first come, first served basis, so please be patient. I promise I am responding as fast as humanly possible.

Images and content are non-transferable. Sharing of files is strictly prohibited.

Files may NOT be resold or posted in digital form, as a free download, or as a printed piece.

All files are secured with password protection that prevents you from alterations.

Once payment is cleared printing + packaging will begin; items in your order will be processed and shipped 1- 3 business day of your purchase unless otherwise noted. If there is a delay in shipment, you will receive an email notice stating so.

All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (unless otherwise noted) and should typically arrive within 3-5 business days from time of shipment. Eight Pepperberries is not responsible for USPS delays such as weather, etc.

International orders will be shipped via First Class International. Any additional tariffs, fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

EXCHANGES: If incorrect items have been shipped or there is damage to the items when you receive them, buyer must send a photo to kaitlin@eightpepperberries.com to show the error or damage within 5 days of receipt. If damage or error has been fully proved in said time frame, a new shipment of the same purchased items will be sent in 3-5 business days.

REFUNDS: For paper goods that are not a custom design a refund will be issued once the items are returned in the original condition as delivered. The items must be UNUSED and UNOPENED. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs on returns.
