Eirik Maribaal is a San Francisco born and raised person whos creative life started with painting and sculpture.
The fashion thing started in 1998ish.

Fashion was a hobby till 2002ish to 2005, but took off by 2007. Eirik felt the San Francisco bay area was not enough for him so he took his ambitions to Los Angeles in 2009.
After 2013 Eirik moved in and out of L.A. for 3 years to leave fashion behind and get back into painting. In 2016 Eirik moved back to LA and started fashion again...and there he is. Making clothes and trying to paint again but in L.A.. Joy!

We will refund your money only if we don't honor our part of the deal.

I will not take responsibility for any damages or losses due to shipping any process. To avoid this it is recommended that you pay for insurance for your package(s)

AS A SENSE OF PRIDE AND ACCOMPLISHMENT, WE PUT THE ART BEFORE PROFIT. We WOULD RATHER REFUND YOUR MONEY IF THE PRODUCT DOESNT MEET OUR STANDARDS OF PERFECTION. We wont send you broken/damaged goods. Unless you request to buy a busted up sample or prototype.

Since all items are hand made and very laborious. We are not in the position for exchanges. If you have an issue with the item we may take it back but we can only give you 70% credit towards your next purchase.

Shipping
For Ready-Made items: Your order will ship the day of your order to no more than a week from when you placed the order. Hopefully we have free hands and can ship the day of all the time for everyone. (We get really busy.)

For Made-to-order items: This all depends on the complexity of the item and how much work we have going on already. The fabrication of the item can take 1 week to 2 months.

For rush or over night orders I recommend getting a hold of me and providing me with your address so I can calculate the cost and I will add the postage amount ill be charged for the service for the rush order.

INTERNATIONAL SALES. Before buying an item please contact me and make sure we know what the shipping cost will be. There was an incident once where a gal in Austrailia ordered somthing and she shipping was 3 times the cost of the garment, nasty. Also it would be good to know if there is a tariff or a customs issue it would help us to sort these things out and make shipping easier on both of us.

Anything I may have over looked, please contact me and I'll figure out the issue.
