Payment
ej.metalworks currently processes all payments through Paypal, which also accepts all major credit/debit cards, cash and e-check payments. Payment will need to clear prior to shipment of your order. Instant payments are preferred to send out orders quickly.


**Read Me**
If you have a coupon code for the shop, please enter this at checkout. Right below the area where you select the method of payment (credit card or PayPal), you will see "Apply shop coupon code." Click on that link and it will open a box for you to enter the coupon code. Entering the coupon code in the "Notes to seller" will NOT deduct the percentage off your order. Shipping
Shipping charges include packaging, handling fees, tracking and postal charges.

Shipping is USPS first class with tracking number unless otherwise noted. If you prefer an upgraded shipping method, please contact me prior to purchasing and I'll provide you with a shipping quote.

Insurance can be purchased for an order upon request. Standard shipping does not include insurance. Insurance is recommended for purchases priced at $50.00 or more. When the buyer chooses not to purchase insurance, the buyer will be responsible for loss or damage during shipment.

Any problems that occur during shipment should be handled directly with the carrier.

Consumer is responsible for providing correct shipping information at time of purchase. Orders are sent to the shipping address noted on etsy order form. If incorrect information is provided customer is liable for additional labor, shipping, and material costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take great pride in the quality of each and every item I create and send.

Merchandise purchased from ej.metalworks may not be returned or exchanged unless merchandise is defective. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt, if requesting a refund.

I will accept your return in it's original condition and packaging, less shipping charges, within 10 days of purchase.

Consumer is responsible for payment of return shipping and tracking.
Refunds will be issued once return is received.

All sales final unless item is defective

Custom/Personalized Order sales are FINAL. *Double check your entry to ensure correct information is given. I cannot accept returns if size/spelling/date/casing/etc errors occur if information is provided incorrectly.

I use recycled materials whenever possible, especially for shipping.

JEWERLY CARE
-Should not be worn or submerged in water.
-Avoid direct contact with perfumes and lotions.
-Patina in stamped items will fade with wear especially if exposed to water on a regular basis.
-Clean aluminum jewelry with a polishing cloth.(yellow sunshine cloths)
-Repeated bending of metal with cause it to work harden and break- especially in rings.
