Once you have placed your order I allow 2 days grace period to make changes to your order. These changes may include cancellation, size change, address change, or rush order. After the 2 day grace period I may not be able to make changes due to the order already being in production. If you have requested a rush order the 2 day grace period will not apply due to the time restraint. Therefor we cannot make changes after a rush order has been placed.
If you wish to cancel your order there will be a 10% cancellation fee to cover the Etsy and or paypal fees that are not refunded to the store.
Please allow 1-2 weeks to make your order. I try very hard to get orders out as quickly as possible but due to the volume of orders it can sometimes take the full 2 weeks to complete your order. If you need a rush order please contact me first to be sure it is possible. I am usually very quick to respond to messages so if you send me a question be sure to check your messages frequently. :)
Once I have received payment I will ship items within 48hrs of finishing them excluding holidays and weekends. Please note this is after the 1-2 weeks it can take to make the item. My items are made to order so they are made after you place your order.
I always ship USPS first class unless you have upgraded to a faster shipping method. I do offer priority and priority express shipping but the extra shipping cost will have to be paid with your order.
If you place a rush order or normal order I can not be held responsible for USPS not getting the order delivered in time. I always double check with the USPS clerk that the expected day of delivery should get it the order to you in time but unfortunately that is not a guarantee that they will. I will do my very best to get it out in time but again please understand I am not responsible for the USPS getting the package to you in time. Once I drop the package off with USPS it is out of my hands.
Please be sure to double check the shipping address before placing your order because that is the address I am going to ship your order to. I can not be held responsible for you not receiving your item in time or at all if you do not provide the correct address. I can also not be held responsible if your order is lost or damaged once I have shipped it. First class shipping does not come with insurance coverage so you would need to purchase it in order to be covered for loss or damage of your package. If you have purchased insurance I am more than happy to help you work with USPS to settle your claim but please note I am not responsible for loss or damage to the item.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. I work very hard to provide excellent quality and customer service so if you have a problem with your order please contact me.
Once you receive your order please check it over. I allow a 2 day grace period from the tracking delivery time for you to contact me with a issue.
I do offer refunds if there is a error on my part. I do not offer refunds for size issues unless it is my error. There is a size chart provided in the pictures so please ask any size questions before placing your order. I am more than happy to send you exact size measurements or answer any brand used questions so please ask before placing your order.
If I have made a error I will issue a refund after I receive the items in original condition. I must receive the items within 7 days of approving a refund. Shipping and returned shipping is at buyers expense.
