Welcome! All my items are hand made by me, and since (at least at this time), I don't use molds, each item is completely unique and one of a kind. Even if I sell 2 red bowls in a set, each bowl would be inherently unique due to differences in curvature, finger marks, etc. It is this idea that I love most about hand crafted items -- knowing that my purple cow is unique, even if my friend Beth owns one too. My desire is to bring to you a unique, hand crafted item, which you will be able to enjoy for years to come.

Returns and exchanges
*All sales are final. If you place an order by mistake and you need to cancel your order, I will need to receive an email at electrasylvacreations [!at] gmail.com by 12:00 PM (noon) on the Tuesday before I ship (see Shipping Policies). Otherwise, the item will be packaged up, and shipped out, and I will not accept cancellations after that time.

*Lost Items: An item will be considered lost only if it has been shipped out, and it has been lost in transit. This will need to be verified using the tracking number of the shipped item. If the item is lost, I will refund the total cost of your item, including shipping.

*Breakage on the seller's end: It sometimes happens that I break things. Sad but true. If you purchase an item, and I somehow damage it in the process of packaging it up for shipping, I will contact you immediately and let you know, and I will refund and/or stop all payments.
Payment
*Payment Methods: I currently only accept payments through PayPal. However, did you know that PayPal now takes credit cards? You don’t have to have a PayPal account to shop on Etsy (but it probably helps). Check it out! It is easy to use.

*Taxes: There are no taxes...well not for you anyway. I have decided that it would it would be easier for everyone all around if I would simply charge a flat rate, and if there are local or state sales taxed, I would pay them on my end. So feel free to buy 7.75% more and think of it as free. :)
Shipping
*Order/Shipping Deadlines: Because I am a working artist, I will be shipping my orders out in bulk, once a week, through the US Postal System (USPS.com). I will process all the orders that I receive by 12:00 PM (noon) on Tuesday, and those orders will be shipped out the next day (Wednesday). Any orders I receive after noon will be shipped out the following week (the following Wednesday).

*Shipping Locales: I am only shipping within the United States at this time (HI, AK included).

* Tracking: Every package I ship out will have a tracking number attached to it, and I will send it to you once it is created.

*Insurance: For your protection, I will purchase shipping insurance automatically on all items. That way, if you receive your item, and it has been damaged during shipping, you will be able to get your money reimbursed through the shipper (https://www.usps.com/ship/file-insurance-claims.htm).

*Rush orders: I don't offer rush shipping at this time (since I'm still new to all of this), but hope to in the near future. If you really need something ASAP, and it can't possibly wait, please include a note in the Message to Seller, with a phone number I can reach you at, and I will contact you directly to discuss the possibilities. Please note that expedited shipping will probably incur additional charges.
