RED ELK is gender-neutral brand for toys and a home goods from Berlin.

Red Elk was founded in 2007 by Lena Baklanova, illustrator and designer, and combine her love to illustration and sewing to a line of imaginary enchanted creatures.

Red Elk is our way of bringing sweetness, joy and a little bit of magic into the world. We think everyone should have a best friend, so that's what we aim to design and give people, small or big, there's one for everyone.

We believe that children should play with toys that are safe & unique.

Red Elk offers plushies using high quality fabric and soft cottons. The handmade, attention-to-detail nature of the design process makes each toy an exclusive, collectible heirloom.

We are vegan-friendly. What does it mean?

In our products we use cotton, drill, denim, ECO felt, nylon, PVC and wood. And of course do not use wool, leather, silk and any other animal by-products.

We do our best to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct address.
Please be sure to verify you have the correct address.
If the item is returned to us, additional shipping will be charged in order to ship the package to the correct destination.
We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail, but we will do our best to look into the situation should this occur.
Payment
We accept Paypal as methods of payment.
Payment in full must be received before an order can be started and before your order will be shipped.
International customers - please be aware of any of your countries taxes and duties prior to ordering, as they are your responsibility.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via Israel Registered Mail with a tracking number.

We try to email the tracking number upon shipment, but if you have not heard from us, please feel free to get in touch and we'll email it straight away.

We try to use the most inexpensive, yet efficient shipping method available.
If you would like an item by a certain date, specify that when you place your order.

We will make every effort to ship your order promptly, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Any taxes or additional fees due on receipt when shipping internationally are the buyer's responsibility.

We do not ship as "gift" 'cause it's illegal and we're the ones who would have to pay the fines, being that we're a very small business, it would be the end of us, which would make a lot of people sad (including us).

Q: Do you do custom work?
A: Yes! Feel free to contact us about custom orders. We make every attempt to answer promptly.
Q: Do you sell your items in other quantities than what is listed?
A: Yes. If you need a different amount than what is shown, please contact us.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: A few days, but not all of our handmade items are ready to ship in 3 days or less. If you order a large quantity, your order may take a few days longer. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have a specific date in mind.

Q: Can you guarantee a delivery date for your items?
A: Due to variations within the postal system (holidays, weather delays, etc) there can be unexpected delays in shipping that are out of my control. If you need an item guaranteed by a certain date, please contact us to see what options are available.
Q: What size are the Peg dolls?
A: 6.5 cm and 4.5 cm.
