The plant stand I purchased was exactly as described and photographed. It was packed very securely, which was impressive given how large it was. I'd gladly buy from this seller again.

Payment
Elefant Design accepts Paypal and credit cards through Etsy Direct Checkout. Etsy gift cards also accepted.
Shipping
All small items are shipped priority mail unless otherwise noted. I ship within two business days of cleared payment. Priority mail usually takes 2-3 business days. If you require expedited shipping or insurance, let me know, and I'll be happy to work with you.Larger items, such as lamps, generally ship via USPS Parcel Post to minimize cost and are sent with insurance.

Furniture generally ships via Greyhound Package Express, requiring pick-up at your local Greyhound station. Furniture is always insured. I manage all shipping responsibilities until the package is in your hands. You will not need to call Greyhound to check on your packages; email me and I'll do it for you. I'm happy to offer alternate shipping methods that include front door delivery, or work with a shipper of your choice.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, I want to know. If you feel an item was misrepresented, please message me right away so that we may schedule a return/refund (I'll pay return shipping in this case). If you wish to return an item for any reason outside of my control, I will accept the return but ask that you pay the shipping.

Damages:
I pack your purchases with great care to get them to you safely. However, if an item does arrive damaged, please message me right away, and include some photos. I will promptly issue a refund for items damaged in shipping*. I ship most fragile items with insurance. If you receive a damaged item, please keep all pieces and all packing materials, as I will need photos of these to submit the claim. You will not need to wait for any claims to process. I send refunds right away and deal with the claims later.

What to do if you received a damaged item:
1. Don't throw anything away. Keep the box and packing materials, too.
2. If you have easy access to a digital camera, take photos of the item and email them to me.
3. Even if you don't have photos yet, send me an email right away. The same day. (I reserve the right to not issue a refund if I am not notified of damages on the day the package was delivered.)
4. Don't alter the item or try to repair it yourself (unless you intend to keep it).
5. You'll hear back from me super fast, and we'll get everything worked out.



*Exception: international orders. First class international mail does not offer insurance as an option. If you purchase something particularly fragile, I recommend priority mail so that we may insure the package. Generally speaking, I will not issue a refund for an uninsured item that was damaged during international shipping. (Note: Priority Mail includes indemnity up to $89, with additional coverage available for purchase. However, in certain cases --depending on country of destination--additional insurance is not available beyond the $89. Global express always offers additional insurance, but is usually a cost prohibitive option. If you purchase a fragile item valued significantly higher than $89, and your country of destination excludes additional insurance, I will recommend that we explore other shipping methods, or cancel your order.)
