The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for 100 % refund or exchange (excluding the shipping charges and fees) within 30 days from shipment day. Buyer is responsible for return shipment cost. Please understand that the item has to be in original state and in full count.

Since we don’t take any responsibility for taxes and customs, returns won’t be accepted if package was refused to accept upon that reason.
Payment
The payment has to be made in the time of the order. If for some reason you can't make a payment at the time of check out please contact us for additional arrangements. We accept Paypal payment option to insure secure transaction between both parties. Money Order and Certified Check options also available (USA only). The shipment will be made only after the check will be cleared or money order received.

All packages are shipped to the address you provided at etsy check out!!!!

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS:

WE INSURE THE FAST SHIPPING. The items are shipped within 1 business day. Most cases the same business day. THE TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED, so you can be aware where the package is at any time (domestic service). Moreover, you will receive the email when package will be shipped. The only exceptions if you ordered the bigger quantities, the shipping and production terms will be discussed upon agreement. Please understand that we can't control the delivery time of Postal services since it's not in our hands. Any extra services can be arranged upon request. Also you are more than welcome to upgrade to priority mail option.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
The items are shipped within 1 business day. Most cases the same business day. The phone number of recipient is required. Please note that shipping can take 7-30 days. Please understand that we can't control that. Package usually reaches the foreign country in 4-5 days. The rest is up to customs. Most of our items are tarnish-resistant or have been treated with anti-tarnish spray, dip or e-coating. However, most of these treatments are still temporary and tarnish will naturally occur from metal reactions with the air and climate conditions. It will also depend on storage conditions and appropriate use. All of the jewelry items will eventually tarnish and will require cleaning.
For longer lasting life please avoid water. We strongly recommend removing jewelry before bath or exercise.
