Element 120 Photos is a family run graphic design business that specializes in personalized photography name frames and photo cards. At Element 120 Photos, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and quality products to meet all your design needs. We are constantly adding to our letter library, along with completing custom design projects. Our goal is to help you to create special memories that will last a lifetime.

Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
If you decide after the purchase of your frame that you no longer wish to continue with the design process, we will refund your money. However, once the design process begins, we cannot offer a full refund. A $20 fee will be assessed for the time already spent on your design up to this point. Please carefully check all spelling and wording choices prior to approving your proof.

We take pride in our work and always want you to be 100% happy with the end result. Due to the personalize nature of this work, we can not offer a full refund on work after a frame is completed but will work with you ensure your satisfaction if a situation ever arrises where you are not pleased.
Payment
We accept Credit Card and Paypal payments. All Maryland residents will be charged 6% sales tax.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping:
- Individual Letters are sent as First Class Mail through the USPS.
- Unframed Prints are sent Priority Mail through the USPS.
- Frames are sent via Fed Ex.

Frames are shipped to Hawaii and Alaska via Priority Mail with the USPS.

International Shipping: We currently ship the majority of our product internationally, aside from our largest frames due to damage possibilities.
- Unframed Prints are sent First Class Mail through the USPS
- Frames are sent Priority Mail through the USPS
International shipping costs can be seen on each available listing.

Any additional custom fees or charges by the receiving country are the responsibility of the buyer and not Element 120.

Why should I choose Element 120 Photos?

We are a full time, family run, graphic design company and print all of our products in-house to ensure maximum quality and turnaround time. We use only the highest quality products and equipment and the back of our frames are professionally finished to make our products a keepsake piece of artwork. All of our photographs are taken by us and we are constantly adding to our letter library to give you multiple choices for your name frame.

Can I see a proof of my design before I purchase my frame?

Unfortunately, we do not provide any custom design prior to your purchase of the frame. However, all of the letter choices can be viewed prior to purchase at www.element120designs.com/wordpress and you have the option of receiving up to 2 proofs throughout the design process to ensure your satisfaction with the final design. We will make sure you are completely satisfied with your proof before the printing process begins!

How quickly will I receive my order?

You will receive your first proof 3 business days after your purchase date. Your response time plays a large part in how quickly you will receive your frame, so the sooner we hear from you the better. After your final proof approval, your frame will be sent out in 5-7 business days. You will receive notification of when your package has shipped, along with a tracking number if applicable. If for any reason our turn around times change, there will be a notification in our shop announcement to make you aware of it prior to your purchase. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any concerns or if you would like to discuss any rush options.

What happens if I find a mistake in my frame when it arrives?

Your frame will be printed exactly how it appears in your final proof. Please be sure to double check all your letters and wording prior to approving the final proof, as we are not held responsible for any errors after your approval.
