Due to the nature of one of a kind, hand-built ceramics, measurements vary and sizes are approximate. Each item is a unique, one-of-a-kind work of art and measurements may sometimes vary up to an inch. We do our best to provide you with top quality work that most closely resembles the photograph, but please keep in mind that you are purchasing a likeness that has been hand replicated.
Ceramic glazes all have subtle effects that vary from kiln firing to kiln firing. The glazes I use often pool in the center, crackle and craze or form crystals. Each glazed piece is unique and has its own personality. Glazes seen in the photos may vary slightly in color and appearance, as each glazed piece is unique.

To rid tiles and urchin bowls of everyday dust, we use compressed air. If they become soiled, you can use a mild dish soap and water and a scouring pad or brush to wash the surface.

Bowls and vases should be hand washed. If the unglazed surface picks up any discoloration, simply scrub with a scouring pad or sand paper to remove any markings.

Porcelain is a fairly durable material and can easily stand up to moisture and other conditions. The unglazed surface is fairly vitreous, and will not absorb liquid or stains.

Please do not microwave your handmade ceramics, especially those with gold accents.

I pack each item in many layers of bubble wrap, surrounded by heavy duty packing peanuts inside a heavy duty box. I take great care to ensure items arrive safely and am happy to replace anything that reaches you in damaged condition.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS within 1-3 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted. You will be notified upon purchase of the exact shipping date and will be notified again when the item(s) ship.

If a package fails to reach you in a timely manner, please refer to the shipping notification sent upon shipment.

All items must be returned in original condition in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. You will be provided with a shipping label and packaging instructions.
