We do refunds!

If you are not satisfied with your order there is no problem to send it back to us, just you have to contact us up to 10 days after receiving the item!

Every item shipped back to us should be in the same new condition as you have received it!

Please do no wash or wear your item, we do not accept items that are not in the same condition as received!

THE SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE !

Have in mind that custom orders that change our models (models or different fabric) can not be returned, as we won't be able to sell them.

We ship out all of our orders usually 3-5 woriking days after receiving clear payment and measurement confirmation.

* We ship via Israel post (http://www.israelpost.co.il/) and we apply tracking number for every single package.

* Shipping takes usually 7-28 working days, depending on the country!

We are sending all the items at your Etsy account address so if you want your item/s to be delivered somewhere else, please contact us!

Please NOTE there might be delays due to custom service procedures and non-working holidays in different countries!
