When will my order ship?
Orders are sent out every Tuesday and Friday as long as it is not a national holiday in the US.
What about customs/import fees?
There may be additional customs/import fees for orders placed outside the United States.
Shipping fees do not cover customs or import fees, any additional customs or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Further information is available on Etsy's "Help" section
What if I put an incorrect mailing address for my order?
If you notice you put the wrong address and your order has not yet been shipped yet, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can refund/cancel it and you can place a new one with the correct address.
If the address you provided is incorrect, but the order has been shipped: you, the buyer, are responsible for paying for the order to be reshipped. I am not responsible for any incorrect addresses inputted by the buyer.
